Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply contact customercare@lfdistilling.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll notify you back via e-mail of your refund request.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only and do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Please note that alcoholic beverages are subject to product restrictions and may not be available for shipping to certain states due to local laws and regulations.

Alcoholic beverages cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes—they must be delivered to a residential address. An adult 21 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery, and a valid government-issued ID is required at the time of delivery.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based unless free shipping is noted above. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
