Meet Darin Dillow, Ph.D., Limestone Heritage Distillery’s esteemed Master Distiller. As a Georgetown, Kentucky advocate, Darin's passion for bourbon runs deep, rooted in both his family heritage and a lifelong dedication to the craft. With a wealth of knowledge earned through a Master’s in Production Management, a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Occupational Health & Safety (including Industrial Hygiene), Darin brings unparalleled expertise to every bottle. His unique combination of technical prowess and heartfelt connection to the region ensures that Limestone Heritage Distillery produces world-class bourbon that honors both tradition and innovation, making us a true standout in the industry.
